HOW TO DIP
NuGenesis Extensions Application
Step-by-step instruction video how to do nail extensions using NuGenesis dip powder.
Product used:
- Prep liquid #1
- Base Gel #2
- Activator #3
- Natural Base
- Soft brush
- 180 grit file
- 180 grit buffer
- Fine burr bit
- Fine diamond bit
- E-file
Refer to extension application video for previous instructions.
- Application
- Cleanse and sanitize hands
- Gently push up cuticles with pusher
- Gently remove cuticles and shine with fine burr diamond bit
- Shape nails with 180 grit file
- Apply acrylic tip of choice to each nail
- Cut, then shape nails with 180 grits file
- Level natural nails to acrylic extensions using fine diamond bit.
- Working on 1 nail at a time, apply a strip of Base Gel #2 horizontally right above the acrylic tip to fill in the gap. Quickly dip into Natural Base. Tap off excess product immediately.
- Use a soft brush to remove any additional excess powder.
- Apply a strip of Base Gel #2 vertically to 60% of the nail. Quickly dip into Natural Base once. Tap off excess product immediately.
- Use a soft brush to remove any additional excess powder.
- Apply a thin coat of Base Gel #2 to 80% of nail. Quickly dip into Natural Base once. Tap off excess product immediately.
- Use a soft brush to remove any additional excess powder.
- Apply Activator #3 to all 10 nails.
- Refine nails with fine diamond bit.
